In 1994, Lewi Bergrud set out on a musical journey. Together with some friends he formed the band EXPECT A MIRACLE and played pretty much every venue in Norway where people would listen. A few years and a hundred shows later, the band felt they lacked some of the energy and quality they set out to promote.

EXPECT A MIRACLE hooked up with drummer Geir Holten, changed the name to EXPECT and started over fresh: new tunes, new shows, new attitude. Since then, the boys have played Norway, Sweden, Denmark, France and USA, to mention just a few of the countries they've toured, as well as honed their skills and further crafted what today has become the sound of 7 DAYS AND A MIRACLE.

7 DAYS AND A MIRACLE has just finished recording what is to be their debut album with a new name, new label and a new, more consistent musical expression. Reflecting the sound of many of their peers,
the band has often been compared to the likes of Coldplay, Travis, Kent and U2 but with their own distinctive sound. The band contantly strives to reach new levels sound-wise and compose music that withstand the strain of time.

7 DAYS AND A MIRACLE wants to make music that inspires the listener; music that doesn't rely on the latest fads or fashions, music you can hear where ever, whenever and reaches the target: The audience. You.
